I am so excited that you’re here! Your photo session is going to be amazing and I want to be sure that you are well-prepped for your photo session. You’ll find a lot of information here that you’ll need to know before, during, and after your session. It’s going to be great!
Like I’ve said before, I had my senior photos done twice. The first time I was unprepared, and it was an absolute disaster – I didn’t know what to wear, my hair was a mess, and I just didn’t vibe with my photographer’s ideas. I want to be sure that this doesn’t happen to you! So let me get you prepped.
The Planning!
You are going to look amazing and it starts with your wardrobe. It’s probably one of the most important parts to your photo session aside from you! We already know you’re awesome, so let’s make sure your style is too. Use Pinterest, save IG photos you like, GO SHOPPING! Do whatever you need to do to get ideas for your session. You can follow my Pinterest ideas for looks too.
Most of all – TRY ON YOUR OUTFITS MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE YOUR SESSION. I cannot stress this enough. If you aren’t comfortable in your look, you won’t be comfortable in your photos. And if you have any questions, let me know! As part of booking your session with me, you can take advantage of one free test shoot with ALL your looks in the studio
What to Wear

DID YOU KNOW…?
We offer styling from one of the best style closets in the country, Flawless Styling out of Pampa Texas. Starting at $150 – you can get up to 4 outfits styled just for you! We will work with the stylist to pick couture outfits from some of the top brands. For the price of one outfit, you can rent 4 customized just for you.
Hair + Make-Up
With every Senior Collection session, hair + make-up is INCLUDED with your photos. Before your big day – we will send your looks to the hair and makeup stylist so that they are prepared for your look.
If you’ve chosen a Pop Up Collection, hair + make-up can be added on for $150. It’s always great to have someone else take one more step towards making you look your best and our pros know just how to get you camera ready!
Nails!
You may not think about it, but your nails will be in almost EVERY photo we take. Your nail color is almost as important as your outfit. Take a look at our top nail colors below and make sure you get them ready the day before your shoot!
The Checklist
- Your clothes are ironed and on hangers ready to go. This will make it easy for us to switch outfits (and keep them neat!)
- You’ve tried on your clothes to make sure they fit appropriately
- Your accessories, jewelry, under cami’s, bras, ‘sticky boobs’, belts, scarves, that’s jackets, shorts for under skirts, etc.
- Shoes for EVERY outfit (no exceptions here!)
- Snacks, water, juice to keep you going
- Chapstick, lip gloss, touch up makeup
Post Session
If you’ve chosen a Senior collection, your proofs will be ready in about 2 weeks. You will come back to the studio and we will review your photos. At that time, we will choose your final photos for print and design any books, canvases, and wall art at this time!
For the pop-up collections, we will review your photos THAT DAY! After a short coffee break, we will meet back up and look at your amazing portrait session and choose your selections for final edit then.

Rain Reschedule Information
If for any reason we feel like the weather isn’t going to cooperate (Ohio, right?), we will give you a call at least 3 hours before your session and discuss the option of rescheduling. We have buffer days on our calendar and will do our best to pick a day that works best for you. You won’t have to wait long before you reschedule, either.
