While much of my site is dedicated to High School Senior Photography now, I can’t turn down the chance to go back to my first love, newborns. If you know my story at all, you’ll know that much of my photography journey started with travel and then went into newborns right away. I still consider it my #1 passion but as a male photographer, don’t get a whole lot of inquiries about newborns anymore. But when asked, I’m always up for snuggling with the little ones!
Kristin and her amazing family invited me over when Levi was born, and I was happy to take some AMAZING photos of her little ones. Mom’s always say, “you’ll never get my kid to sleep,” and like the baby whisperer I am – they are out within minutes. Levi was no exception to this after he was swaddled up and he cooperated for his first photo session. I don’t normally post full galleries – but this one I had to share!
... Working with Brian has really helped me be more confident in myself. I've always been somewhat insecure about myself, I'm also very picky! In the beginning, when Brian and I had shoots I would say I pretty much hated all the photos! I know (it's) a little harsh, but that's how I felt. He told me that I needed to stop doubting myself, he told me that I needed to be more confident in myself. He is an amazing photographer and just about any picture he takes turns out amazing, so the pictures were always good. It was me just being insecure."
